Christmas Delivery
All standard products with 1 - 2 day delivery, the last day for orders to arrive before Xmas is 11am on 19th December. Orders will still be processed and despatched until 11am on 21st Decemember but may arrive after Christmas.
Orders placed after these times will be delivered in the first few working days of 2024 (2nd / 3rd / 4th January)
Office opening hours:
Our offices will close at 3pm on Friday 22nd December and will re-open fully on Tuesday 2nd January.
Staff will be checking emails between these dates but will not be able to reply to all enquiries.
Delivery to Mainland UK
Free standard delivery for all Mainland UK orders over £70
Orders below £70 have a delivery charge of £6.95
We are currently offering Free Delivery on Paint Orders
You have a right to cancel your order prior to dispatch. After the goods are dispatched, we can not guarantee they can be stopped and returned to the relevant supplier. Therefore we ask customers to double check prior to ordering.
Wallpaper and Fabric:
Stock is not kept on site and is ordered directly from the supplier therefore the following delivery times apply. Delivery can vary over bank holiday weekends and during holiday periods.
Next working day delivery is not a guaranteed service but is more likely if goods are ordered before 1pm on a weekday for these brands. Goods will not be dispatched over the weekend. We ask customers to allow 1 - 3 working days:
Delivery times for the rest of the brands is generally 2 - 3 working days if ordered before 11am on a working day. Goods will not be dispatched over the weekend.
Wallpaper brands with longer delivery (shown on the product pages)
- Borastapeter (Sweden) : 3- 5 working days
- Engblad (Sweden): up to 3-5 working days
- Casamance, Caselio and Casadeco (France): 10-15 working days
- Coordonne (Spain): 10 - 17 Working days
- Sandberg (Sweden): 6 Working days
All orders are sent with our trusted couriers and fully tracked.
Paint:
1 - 3 Working days for most brands
Delivery time for Earthborn paint is between 2 - 6 working days.
Delivery time for Fired Earth paint is between 2 – 6 working days
Rugs:
Delivery is 15 working days
Blinds & Curtains:
Delivery is around 16 working days (This can be affected during busy holiday periods).
Delivery to Highlands, Islands off Mainland
Generally delivery is not affected but during holiday seasons and bank holidays we ask customers to allow an additional working day.
Delivery to Northern & Southern Ireland:
Please add 4 - 5 working days onto the timescale for delivery to these regions.
Delivery to Europe:
Add additional 5 - 10 working days to quoted timescale above for deliveries to Europe. International delivery incurs additional delivery costs and import taxes; these are decided by local authority and we are not responsible for these import taxes.
RETURNS
Returns are processed within 7-14 working days of arriving.
Please see below if your order is applicable.
Wallpaper: Wallpaper rolls must be un-opened and in a re-saleable condition.
For an exchange or full refund, returns for rolls of wallpaper must arrive back with us within 14 days of you receiving the goods; to ensure your order is applicable, please check the tracking to see when the goods were received by you and count forward 14 days. If it exceeds 14 days since you received the goods, please read further down.
If wallpaper is received with us opened or in a damaged condition, we will notify you but no refund will be processed. We recommend goods are sent back with a reputable courier that offers tracking and insurance encase goods that are damaged or lost in transit. We hold damaged goods for 3 months, after which point they are disposed of. If goods are lost in transit by your courier, we cannot refund them.

Wallpaper Cut to order: We are unable to accept returns of cut to order wallpaper as it has been cut bespoke for your order. Please order a sample if you are in any doubt on the wallpaper
Fabric: We are unable to accept returns of fabric as it has been cut bespoke for your order. Please order a sample if you are in any doubt on the fabric.
Blind & curtains: We are unable to accept returns for bespoke made products as they have been made for your order.
Rugs: Must be received back within 14 days, unopened and in re-saleable condition. There is a 25% re-stocking fee + delivery costs for rugs as they have to be returned by us to the warehouse in Holland
Paint: We are unable to accept returns of paint due to the paint being mixed specifically for the order which classifies them as bespoke. We recommend ordering tester pots as it is impossible to correctly display paint colours on a computer screen.
Please be aware, it is not our responsibility to notify you if the goods we receive back from you breach the terms of returns and are therefore non-refundable. The only reason we might notify you is because they arrive damaged or opened.
My order is outside the 14 day returns period but within 30 days? What do I do?
That is unfortunate! You will no longer qualify for a full refund. If your return arrives outside the 14 days of receipt but within 30 days of receipt, you will qualify for a partial refund. We charge 25% restocking fee and additional carriage costs will be applied for the goods to be returned to the supplier. Therefore we ask customers to check prior to sending goods back as to whether it is worth the return.
This charge will automatically be applied to an order that arrives outside the 14 days of receipt but within the 30 days of receipt.
What if my return is later than 30 days of receipt?
Unfortunately we will not accept returns later than 30 days, even with restocking fees. Do not send goods back outside our policy timeframe without our prior written agreement, as we will not issues a refund and you will be required to arrange collection of your goods. We will hold rejected returns for 3 months, after which point they are disposed of. We are not required to contact customers if goods fail to meet our policy for returns.
My order meets the returns criteria, now what?
That’s fantastic news! Send a copy of your order confirmation or a delivery note in a packaging of equal or better quality than the packaging the goods were received in. Please ensure there are no foreign objects in the parcel when it is returned.
The customer is responsible for returning the unwanted goods at their own cost.
